RG09... Macam mana procedure membeli rumah secondhand yang 100% loan???

 

Saya ada berminat nak beli rumah 2nd hand kat area Sungai Petani...rumah ni harga RM135k, tapi melalui agen. Agen tu kata rumah ni leh masuk 100% loan. Maknanya, xpayah bayar deposit rumah la kan? tapi duit guaman? duit untuk servis agen?mcm mn plak?   Saya tak paham la procedure beli rumah ni. Tambah2 loan yang depa bagi 100%. Sesapa leh tolong tak terangkan sikit procedure nak beli rumah 2nd hand yang 100% loan. TQ...
