Do you believe there is a ring of RM73mil @ US24.4mil??? EXIST???

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.,

I'm still wondering how much is RM73mil value until now. Is the below ring value RM73mil? I'm still can't imagine the worth of the ring. I think this ring good for "THE LORD OF THE RING" only.

What can I do with RM73mil as a middle class income worker? Sponsorship of my children in local university for undergraduate study RM10k/year (3 year study) for 2433 people. Or might be I can invest into solar-electric of 5MW for my home.... errr, its to big for my consumption... better I share electricity with my neighbour of 1000 houses. Do this ring really exist??
