RG2011... Makanan Segera Dari China (13 photos)

 

Photographer Anna lived Hittsenberger September and October 2011 in Beijing. At work, she had to deal with shootings, and of course had to eat something. Anna was struck by the brightness of the signs in Chinese Placis that and shout about what you need to try the Chinese fast food. Anne, as a creative person did not simply try something that came to my eyes - it was all removed. Anya did not remove the food, and filmed what struck her most - the tent in which the fast-food cook. Nothing of the kind in Europe and bright Anya had not previously seen. Later, all that was filming Anna turned into an exhibition and Anna moved to New York with his work on the Chinese fast food.

- Anna, hello! Come on, we will not ask you stupid questions about Chinese cuisine, and you simply and sformuliruesh it is different from European and oharakterizuesh pair of sentences.

- Tell me what the difference is the European fast-food from China?
- I must say that McDonalds and PizzaHut is also present in China, yet the local fast-food on the streets much more. The Chinese prefer their food abroad. Interestingly, each tent on some Placis is not a traditional Chinese food and the food of a certain region of China. There are delicious, but the Chinese are fond of European dishes to spoil: Refried fried potatoes, spaghetti with sauce unclear. It would be better prepared traditional dishes.

- What do you like to conduct a series of photo shoots, what are you focused on the job?
- The most interesting thing in this was to show that the brightness contrast of stalls and tents compared with sullen faces and boring sellers. In fact, my job was to conduct a survey of another plan, but once I got in Beijing Park, where the tents with the fast-food huge amount, then after that I decided to do another job.

- Anne, tell me what you tried out Chinese food and what you liked or remembered?
- I liked very much, but when once tasted the food in the same tent, after which I was sick, he immediately decided to call it all a Chinese fast food. In fact, besides the fact that there were delicious, I do not know what ingredients are in them.

- Do you think your photo shoot will affect the view of Europeans on Chinese food, and how?
- The sad thing is that the food in the whole world turns into a fast-food and spreads very quickly this factor - a factor of fast food. I would like to make people rethink the fact of eating the food and pay attention to what they eat. After all, what a bright and colorful is not always useful, and sometimes bright colors do not attract visitors, and repel. But the difference is that the perception of bright colors and signs seen in Asia and Europe in many ways.

- You know, I'm not entirely sure what I did, until the end is over. Finish my exhibition in New York, and I probably will continue to work with the theme of food.
