This is the Holy Corner of Holy KAABA where from few bricks fall when it was the birth time of Hazrat Ali (A.S) & her pious mom got a place to get in there & then Hazrat Ali (A.S) got birth. 
Hazrat Ali (A.S) did not open his eyes untill he was in thearms of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) & it was the very 1st beloved face of Prophet (PBUH) which was seen by Hazrat Ali (A.S).
Still, this corner is un-repairable. Repairing stuff stays only for a short period of time & you can see that corner easily when you see KAABA' s pix.
