RG2011... 'Dallol volcano',mukabumi Alien

Dallol - a volcanic crater in the Danakil fault, north-east of Al Eartha Range in Ethiopia. These landscapes are formed due to the impact of basaltic magma in the salt mines and the subsequent hydrothermal activity. Here eruptions occur periodically, the last was recorded in 1926. This is the lowest in the world of craters, located at 45 meters below sea level.

Numerous hot springs form small pools, constantly emerge and disappear again, new geysers, leaving behind salt cones. These landscapes are similar to the unearthly pictures, photos from other planets.

The name came because of Dallol Afar tribe and means "collapse" that characterizes very well the local landscape, with green lakes with iron oxide, salt plains, hot springs and a variety of bizarre formations.

Approximately the same scenery, by assumption, can be seen on Jupiter's moon Io
