Salam sahabat sim semua,
baru2 ini bapa saya selalu pening kepala. ingatkan tekanan darah rendah. tapi setelah cek, doktor beritahu punca pening disebabkan tekanan darah tinggi dan bapa saya baru tau ianya penyakit keturunan kerana kedua2 kakak bapa (makcik saya la tuh) pun mempunyai penyakit sama.
Boleh tak sahabat2 tolong, ape petua, or pantang larang untuk pesakit darah tinggi ini. yang saya tahu, x boleh makan daging. itu jer.... n adekah penyakit ini boleh sembuh jika faktor keturunan...?
