Before the New Year at the site of the Russian analogue wikileak published an open letter to President Dmitry Medvedev Petersburg businessman Sergei Kolesnikov.  In his letter, Kolesnikov Vladimir Putin has accused of corruption and said the alleged newly built "rest home" for the premiere of more than $ 1 billion to erect which Kolesnikov was involved.
