· For the Post of Assistant General Manager, we encourage TM executive in Band 3 and Band 2, who meets the criteria and conditions for promotion as per TM policy.
· For the post of Manager, we encourage TM Executives in Band 2 and Band 1, who meets the criteria and conditions for promotion as per TM policy.
· For the post of Assistant Manager, we encourage TM Executives in Band 1, or Non-Executives (with Higher Qualification) who have obtained a certified Degree and have been a permanent staff for at least 3 years prior to the deadline of this advertisement.
