terutama bila kena aircond..makan 'vit' rasa panas pulak, kata nya

saya beberapa bulan yg lepas pun menghidap tonsil..lebih kurang dua minggu..huhu..
macam2 kaedah cuba (berkumur dgn air garam, makan strepsil,makan panadol..(masih kurang berkesan)
paling mujarab (makan pil antibiotik),setelah berjumpa doctor..
dalam masa sehari dua tonsil dah surut.. ^^
