tak taulah..saya guna inhaler ventolin..sentiasa ada ditempat tidor..dalam kereta..dalam tool box tempat kerja..kat tepi setee  tengok tv..guna sejak kecil dalam 7 -8 tahun sampai dah umur 50km... lebih ni..agaknya dan lah sampai terima pencen 55..ok ..boleh main takrow..main bowling..kekadang boleh race keta kat highway..cuma tak race atas katil aje..sbb dah tak ada..sejak setahun sudah tambah lagi ubat gout..sebiji pagi dan sebiji malam..
nampak maqta 0k je..kat dalam bersarang takj taulah..hi hi hi

saya ada masalah resdung lama jugak, tapi hanya terjadi bila tak pantang makan telur,seafood,minuman ais,kena habuk dll mesti bersih dan hidung gatal,kalau makan telur atau minum ais bila malam waktu tidur hingus meleleh sekejap2 kadang2 sampai 2 jam pun pernah..
kalau jumpa doktor bagi loratadine atau cetirizine,memang berkesan tapi doktor pesan makan bila perlu,selama ni saya makan bila dah alami gatal hidung bersih dan berhingus akibat salah makan,mungkin 2 ke 3 hari sekali,kali ni lepas jumpa pakar tnt dia kata kena amal berterusan sehari sebiji loratadine sambil spray hidung 'budesonide' sehari 2 sedut sekarang dah amal hampir sebulan memang hilang terus alergik tu makanan masih control tapi sekali sekala pernah termakan yg alergik dulu tapi ok jer,bersih rumahpun tak gatal hidung dan beringus lagi  kalau dulu kena tutup hidung dgn tuala kasi jangan masuk habuk  ..cuma nak tanya mereka yg tahu atau berpengalaman ok ke amal ubat ni lama2..kalau ikut kata doktor ada org dah amal 20thn tak ada apa2 masalah.
minta nasihat sebab saya memang dari kecil payah nak amal ubat2 ni,kalau demam biasa2 pun jarang makan ubat,kali ni kena amal berterusan pulak.
