I da terminate last 2month. Pakai unifi so far okay. Cuma line cam x okay. Apa yg I eran pas 1 month trial apa pon x bole. Cthnya youtube x bole dr tv. Tu la hakikatnya.

serba sedikit contoh pelanggan yg ada masalah ngan maxis prepaid broadband termasok le ngan aku yg baru terkena semalam.....dah 1 hari tak boleh connect internet lagik....nasib baik beli pakej sebulan....aku nak tgk berapa lama baru dia nak elok....
dah le koll customer service lama bebenor....buat abeh duit jek.....silap besar langgan!!!

Hi, i had subscribed for maxis prepaid broadband for RM25(1 WEEK)since last saturday, 7 april 2012. However, I still can't surf the net until now and it always bring me to the maxis portal.I checked the subscription status via my phone, it stated that I have the 1 week subscription started while I checked on the maxis broadband portal, it shows no active subscription. I have bring out this issue to your company but still not yet fixed and I had forgotten my case id. Today is the expiry date for my subscription and it not fair for me as I still cannot enjoy the service. I hope that you could refund me the money or if you could resolve this issue, please renew the active period for me. |

when i click the MaxisWAP link it just been directed to an empty page with some icons at the sidebar
Now i just wasting RM7 for this mobile internet plan that i CAN'T even use. I hope maxis could make the refund back to my hotlink account.
why i can't connect to the internet after subscribe to maxis mobile internet plan for 1 hour n 2 hour? it has been twice, and it keeps showing the ibm websphere portal when i open my browser in my phone and links to maxiswap. but when i click the maxis wap links, there are nothing. how could this happen after maxis has deducted my credit?? before this i'm able to use this plan well. i already check my phone settings and enable the data traffic.
