PR-1311-L54453 Puan Nurul Izzah binti Anwar [ Lembah Pantai ] minta MENTERI PENDIDIKAN menyatakan :- (a) rasional penghapusan jaminan kerja bagi graduan perguruan lulusan Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia (IPGM) dan Institut Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA); dan (b) perancangan jangka panjang untuk graduan ini sekiranya tidak ditempatkan di mana-mana sekolah. JAWAPAN (a) dan (b) Tuan Yang di-Pertua, Secara prinsipnya, tiada dasar jaminan pekerjaan dalam melaksanakan pelantikan dan penempatan graduan yang telah tamat latihan perguruan di IPTA dan IPGM. Sebaliknya, pelantikan dan penempatan guru baharu berdasarkan kekosongan jawatan yang mencukupi bagi membolehkan setiap graduan yang tamat pengajian dengan jayanya dan memenuhi syarat pelantikan skim dilantik berkhidmat dengan Kementerian. Walau bagaimanapun, pelaksanaan dasar perjawatan ketat yang diputuskan oleh kerajaan mulai 2010, dan keputusan melanjutkan had umur persaraan kepada 60 tahun telah memberi kesan kepada jumlah kekosongan perjawatan yang terhad dan tidak dapat menampung bekalan graduan yang bakal bergraduat mulai tahun 2013. Justeru, walaupun sebahagian graduan adalah ditaja oleh Kementerian, pelantikan adalah tertakluk kepada kekosongan jawatan. In the past, shooting in anything other than portrait wasn't supported within the Instagram app. Now the orientation will adapt like the regular iOS Camera. When the iPhone is rotated, Instagram's camera buttons rotate to match. Cinema, an image stabilization feature that was introduced alongside video a couple weeks ago, has been added to the iPhone's front-facing camera. | Celcom Axiata Signs LTE Network Sharing Deal with Altel Communications Posted: 10 Jul 2013 03:21 AM PDT  The intention of the deal is that Celcom and Altel will pool their respective 2x10MHz bandwidth of 2.6Ghz spectrum, while a further block of 2x20Mhz spectrum held by Altel may be made available to Celcom. Celcom will also make its network available to Altel as an MVNO. Menteri Kewangan Ibrahim Al-Assaf berkata kementeriannya melaksanakan projek itu atas arahan raja itu untuk mengembangkan kemudahan untuk berjuta-juta jemaah haji yang datang dari seluruh dunia untuk Umrah pada bulan suci. Raja juga telah mengarahkan pembukaan pengembangan mataf, termasuk kemudahan khas bagi orang-orang keperluan khas, untuk jemaah. | Apple Sued for Selling HD-Videos to IPhones Unable to Play Them Posted: 09 Jul 2013 09:51 PM PDT  In a court filing, Scott J. Weiselberg is seeking a class action lawsuit against the company and wants it to refund the $1 per download surcharge that he claims was illegally applied to the bills. Although Apple used to offer the option to buy a standard resolution video file, this was removed from a 2010 update to the iTunes software. However, even though the customer was billed for HD-Videos, the file subsequently sent to the handset was still a standard resolution video. "Despite the fact that Apple makes the HD version of the content offerings the default rental option, Apple failed to disclose to customers using SD Apple mobile devices that the device could not play the HD content being rented, and that the customer was needlessly paying the premium for the HD option," the complaint which has been seen by Courthouse Newsstates.
